All Zinger Sport Dog Gear Inc. parts and components are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase, under the ownership of the original purchaser.

What is covered under the warranty?

• All hardware, powder coating, and structural panel components that fail to hold up and perform under regular use.

What is not covered under the warranty?

• Damage caused by accidents, scratches, dents, exposure to moisture and minerals, cosmetic damage, and other wear and tear factors beyond our control.
• Damage is caused by the dogs biting, scratching, salivating, urinating, and other bodily fluids.
• Paint finishes outside of the first year of warranty.

Return Policy

All Zinger Sport Dog Gear Inc. products can be returned in the same condition that you received, unworn/unused, with tags, and in their original packaging for a full refund or replacement within fifteen (15) days of delivery.
